Refund policy

We treat every order as a dedicated and special one. At this moment, all items are made to order. That is the reason why we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are very sorry if that causes any inconvenience for you. However, in the unlikely scenario of not being satisfied with the product you received, please, contact us as soon as possible at info@yourniceshot.com. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will be able to offer different options according to the specific case. Please contact us ASAP with explanation and pictures and we will work it out. There is a 15 days window while we are able to arrange a replacement or a total refund.
