Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will be able to offer different options according to the specific case. Please contact us ASAP with explanation and pictures and we will work it out. There is a 15 days window while we are able to arrange a replacement or a total refund.
